payment shall become due upon placement of the order, except in the case of mail order. payment for orders placed by fax or mail shall be included with the printed order form. no goods shall be supplied without payment.
goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the label's choosing. delivery will be at cost to the customer, and forms part of the invoice.
any product purchased marked as a 'pre order' will be available for dispatch and distribution by official release date. your choice of payment will be charged at the point of purchase.
some destinations may not be eligible for free shipping. fees are calculated at checkout, and we can not arrange alternative shipping methods at this time.
general delivery time is: 6 - 9 working days, and 10 - 12 working days for destinations outside the EU. delivery times may differ for preorders.
items from your order will be combined into the same package. this helps to reduce the number of packages sent, thus less packaging material, delivery costs, and environmental impact. your order may not be shipped until all of the items are available for dispatch. if you wish to receive items separately, you can do so by splitting your order into multiple carts.
TAXES & DUTIES
customers must be aware that they may be liable to pay import taxes and duties if value of goods ordered are of a value over their national import thresholds.
claims arising from damage delay, or partial loss of the goods in transit, must be made in writing to 'firstname.lastname@example.org' within 14 days of delivery. the customer will be compensated with a rightful copy of their order, or be refunded. in no circumstances shall the liability of 'To whom it may concern.' to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
CHANGES & ENQUIRIES
to make changes to an order, and for all other SHOP-related enquiries, email 'email@example.com'. we may not be able to make changes to an order if it is already packaged, or sent for delivery.
